Levels of Entry to the Show

Basic Entrant

The basic entry fee ($35) helps cover advertising and costs. Includes a simple listing on the show website.

Premium Entrant

The Premium entry fee ($75) adds a page on the website with full contact information (address, phone, email and a link to your website), a brief introduction to you and your art or business plus we will host a Picasa Slideshow of your work (details will be sent to  you before the show).

Please look at prior year exhbitor's pages to get sense of the length and depth of the descriptions used on the pages. If you want additional links in the text please include links. Please write your description so that it is a simple cut and paste job. Terse is good!

Calls for Entry

We've found that 25-27 is about the ideal number of exhibitors plus exhibits from the local high schools. The show is unjuried and we accept people on a first come first served basis (there are a few constraints see Work to be shown ).

Applications will be accepted from before October 1st of the show year. Full directions are on the call for entry.

Show  Hours

First Saturday in November from 11am to 8 pm (to coincide with the Port Townsend Gallery Walk)

Sunday from 11am to 3pm.

Show Logisitics

  1. You will need to deliver and set up your work on the Friday before the show between 2pm and 7pm
  2. You will need to pick up your work on Sunday of the show between 3pm and 5pm.
  3. We encourage you to attend most if not all of the show. The viewing public enjoys talking with the craftspeople. If you can't attend please ask a relative or friend to help out. Saturday is a long day - plan on getting food & drink delivered or for somebody to spell you at those times.

  4. We suggest you have a supply of business cards or postcards to hand out and a poster or logo to give your space character.

  5. A rug or throw also adds character to your space. If you have a lighting setup feel free to bring it but we cannot guarantee that there will be an operational socket by your space. The power supply in the hall is a little erratic.

  6. We will provide tent cards to identify each space and name tags for exhibitors

  7. If your work is not self supporting you will need to provide support.

  8. If you need more than 5’ x 8’ please contact us to make arrangements.

  9. Wall space is available

  10. No commission will be taken on work sold
