You will need to deliver and set up your work Friday November 6 between 2pm and 7pm and pick up your work on November 8 between 3pm and 5pm.
Show hours are Saturday November 7 from 11am to 8 pm (to coincide with the Port Townsend Gallery Walk) and Sunday November 8 from 11am to 3pm.
The purpose of the show is to increase awareness of the variety of woodwork available in our area.
- We do not have insurance for the displayed work. We will ask you to sign a waiver when you deliver your work.
- We encourage you to attend most if not all of the show. The viewing public enjoys talking with the craftspeople. If you can't attend please ask a relative or friend to help out.

We suggest you have a supply of business cards on hand and a poster or logo to give your space character.

A rug or throw adds character to your space.

We will provide tent cards to identify each space and name tags for exhibitors.

If you work is not self supporting you will need to provide support.

Wall space is available.

Large folding tables are available.

You will need to provide lighting for your booth (if it is important to display your work). You will need to provide extension cords. We recommend low consumption lights to minimize overall power consumption as the power supply at the hall is erratic.

No commission will be taken on work sold.

Exhibitors coming from out-of-town may set up on the Saturday morning but please confirm with us in advance.
