2024 Setup Instructions

We ask exhibitors to deliver and set up their work Friday November 1st between 2:00-7:00pm. 

If you can’t set up your work on Friday please plan on setting it up between 9:00am and 10:00am on Saturday Nov 2nd. You will need  to be fully set up by 10:00am.  

Please remove your work on Sunday November 3rd between 3pm and 4pm.

We ask that you plan to stay at the show to help us tear down and clean up the hall. Then we can all get home early.
